Customer Care Policy

Our drivers have a duty of care towards our clients, the councils and the communities across the Dorset and Hampshire areas. 

Safety first. We take safeguarding seriously. Each and every driver completes a recognised safeguarding course. We stay compliant and up to date with changes in the law and how we incorporate this in our services.

Our drivers are given a comprehensive code of conduct where they first join. Training is provided to ensure drivers understand the who's, the what's, the whens', the where's and the why's.
